    Preparation

    Cut the hard cheese into medium-sized flakes.

    Make an arrangement on the plate clockwise starting with a spoonful of Casatella with a few leaves of Radicchio di Castelfranco. Then add another spoonful of Casatella, Radicchio Rosso di Treviso – Tardivo and a drizzle of acacia honey. Then place some Piave stravecchio cheese alongside one teaspoon of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso jelly and some Stravecchio cheese, and a teaspoon of Radicchio Rosso di Treviso mostarda.

    Serve with bread or radicchio focaccia.
